QR Safe Code is a platform that offers services and products to aid in the recovery of lost items. While QR Safe Code provides information to finders to help return lost items to their owners, it is the responsibility of the finders to return the lost items.
When dealing with any finder, the user is responsible for their personal safety. QR Safe Code only discloses information that can help return lost items and is not responsible for any posts shared by users outside of its website. It is the user’s responsibility to provide accurate information on their Safe Code account.
While QR Safe Code cannot guarantee the return of lost items if they are stolen, it does guarantee direct access to the owner’s contact information. Any changes to the User Agreement that materially increase the user’s obligations or decrease their rights will be communicated to the user.
QR Safe Code may make non-substantial amendments to the User Agreement without the user’s specific agreement by posting a notice of the amendment on the website. QR Safe Code reserves the right to deactivate any membership that violates its privacy policy or that abuses its products to the disadvantage of QR Safe Code or any other party.
QR Safe Code’s website is not legally responsible for the accuracy of recorded information or for any abuse that may be performed by the customer. If the user receives an item that is wrong, they can return the item in its original condition and packaging. Once QR Safe Code receives the returned item, it will process the 14-day returns.
QR Safe Code Affiliate Program Terms Of Service
When you sign up to be an Affiliate in the Safe Code Affiliate Program, you are agreeing to follow the rules in the Terms of Service. Safe Code may change these rules at any time, but if they do, they will let you know. If you keep using the Program, it means you agree to the new rules.
If you break any of the rules listed below, your account will be terminated, and you won’t get paid for any commission you earned during the violation. You use the Affiliate Program at your own risk. You are responsible for any information you share with the website or customer support agents.
Account Terms
- To participate in this Program, you must be at least 18 years of age.
- Only real human beings are allowed to create accounts in this Program. Accounts created by bots or other automated methods are not allowed.
- To sign up, you need to provide your full legal name, a valid email address, and any other information that is required to complete the process.
- Your login credentials can only be used by one person. It’s not allowed to share a single login between multiple people.
- You are responsible for ensuring the security of your account and password. QR Safe Code cannot and will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to fulfill this security obligation.
- You are accountable for all content posted and activities that take place under your account.
- It is not permissible for a single individual or legal entity to have multiple accounts.
- You are not allowed to use the Affiliate Program for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. While using the Service, you must refrain from breaking any laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright laws.
- It is not permitted to use the Affiliate Program to generate revenue/discount on your personal QR Safe Code product accounts.
Ways to Use Links and Graphics on Your Website, Emails, and Other Communications
After signing up for the Affiliate Program, you’ll receive a unique Affiliate Code/link. You can use this code with links, banners, or graphics provided by us on your website, in emails, or in other communications. We’ll give you guidelines, link styles, and graphical artwork to use, but we might change the artwork’s design without notice.
To ensure accurate tracking and reporting of referral fees, we’ll give you special link formats to use between your site and QR Safe Code. You must use these formats for all links between your site and QR Safe Code to earn referral fees. These links are called “Special Links” and are the only way to earn referral fees. We won’t be responsible if you or someone you referred fails to use Special Links, resulting in reduced payments.
The Affiliate links you create should direct users to the product page you are promoting.
Payment for Referral Fees and Commissions
To be eligible for referral fees, a customer must click on a Special Link from your site, email, or other communication channels and complete an order for a product during that session on https://qrsafecode.com. We will only pay commissions on links that are automatically tracked and reported by our systems. If a purchase or referral code entry is not tracked by our system, we will not pay commissions. We can only pay commissions on business generated through properly formatted special links that were automatically tracked by our systems. We reserve the right to disqualify commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive sales or marketing methods.
Payments will only commence when you earn more than PKR 1000 in affiliate income. If your affiliate account fails to cross the PKR 1000 threshold, your commissions will not be paid. We are only responsible for paying accounts that have crossed the PKR 1000 threshold, and payments will be made on the 10th of each month.
Identifying yourself as a QR Safe Code Affiliate
Issuing a press release regarding your participation in the Program or this Agreement is prohibited, and doing so may result in your termination from the Program. Additionally, misrepresenting or embellishing the relationship between us and you is not allowed. You may not claim that you develop our products, that you are part of QR Safe Code, or suggest any relationship or affiliation between us and you or any other person or entity, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement. This includes falsely expressing or implying that we support, sponsor, endorse, or contribute money to any charity or other cause.
Purchasing products for personal use through your affiliate links is also prohibited. We reserve the right to withhold referral fees and/or terminate this Agreement (at our sole discretion) in such cases.
Payment schedule
You will be paid on the 10th of each month as long as your current affiliate earning are over PKR 1000. If you have not earned PKR 1000 since your last payment, we will pay you the following month after you have crossed the threshold.
Customer Definition
Customers who purchase products through this Program will be considered our customers, and therefore, all of our rules, policies and operating procedures related to customer orders, customer service, and product sales will apply to them. We reserve the right to modify our policies and operating procedures at any time. As such, we will determine the prices for products sold under this Program based on our pricing policies. Please note that product prices and availability may fluctuate from time to time, and therefore, we recommend that you avoid displaying product prices on your site as price changes may impact the Products you have listed. While we strive to present accurate information, we cannot guarantee the availability or price of any specific product. Nonetheless, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide you with the most up-to-date information.
Your Responsibilities
You will have sole responsibility for developing, operating and maintaining your site, as well as all materials that appear on your site. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Ensuring the technical operation of your site and all related equipment.
- Verifying that displaying Special Links on your site does not breach any agreement between you and any third party, including any restrictions or requirements imposed on you by a third party that hosts your site.
- Ensuring that all materials posted on your site, including those related to products and any information associated with Special Links, are accurate, truthful, and appropriate.
- Ensuring that all materials posted on your site do not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights.
- Ensuring that all materials posted on your site are not libelous or illegal.
- Ensuring that your site discloses, either through a privacy policy or otherwise, how you collect, use, store and disclose data collected from visitors. This may include notifying visitors that third parties, such as advertisers, may serve content and/or advertisements, collect information directly from visitors, and place or recognize cookies on visitors’ browsers.
Compliance with Laws
To participate in the Program, you must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to those imposed by any government authority with jurisdiction over you. This includes both existing and future laws, ordinances, licenses, permits, judgments, and decisions. Additionally, you agree to abide by all applicable marketing emails laws, such as the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, and any other anti-spam laws while you are a participant in the Program.
Terms of Agreement and program
This Agreement will be effective from the date we accept your Program application and will continue until either party terminates it. You or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination of this Agreement, you must immediately remove all links to https://qrsafecode.com, as well as all of our trademarks, trade dress, logos, and any other materials we have provided to you in connection with the Program. QR Safe Code reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time. If the Program is terminated, QR Safe Code will pay any outstanding earnings over PKR 1000.
Termination
QR Safe Code may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account and deny any current or future use of the Program, or any other QR Safe Code service, for any reason, at any time. The termination of the Service will lead to the deactivation or deletion of your Account or access to it, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all potential or earned commissions in your Account if they were obtained through fraudulent, illegal, overly aggressive, or questionable sales or marketing methods. QR Safe Code retains the right to decline service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Relationship of Parties
You and we are independent contractors, and this Agreement does not establish any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between us. You do not have the authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. Additionally, you will not make any statements that could reasonably contradict the provisions of this section, whether on your site or otherwise.
Limitations of liability
This Agreement and the Program are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (including without limitation the loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising from or related to this Agreement and the Program shall not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement.
Disclaimer
We do not provide any express or implied warranties or representations regarding the Program or any products sold through the Program, including warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or any other implied warranties arising from a course of performance, dealing, or trade usage. Additionally, we do not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of Safe Code, and we will not be responsible for any consequences resulting from interruptions or errors.
Independent Investigation
you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You understand that we may at any time (directly or indirectly) solicit customer referrals on terms that may differ from those contained in this agreement or operate websites that are similar to or compete with your website. You have independently evaluated the desirability of participating in the program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than as set forth in this agreement.
Arbitration
Any dispute relating in any way to this Agreement (including any actual or alleged breach hereof), any transactions or activities under this agreement, or your relationship with us or any of our affiliates shall be submitted to confidential arbitration. However, if you have violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court (and you consent to non-exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts) or any other court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. No arbitration under this agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Others
The failure of QR safe code to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the terms of service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The terms of service constitute the entire agreement between you and QR safe code and govern your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements between you and QR safe code (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the terms of service).
